Quotes & services
- A quote is an offer for the scope described. Extra work may be billed separately.
- Payment terms, timelines, and deliverables are set out in writing before work starts.
- You retain ownership of materials you supply; we retain our pre-existing tools and methods unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
To the extent allowed by South African law, Annum8 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Johannesburg unless we agree otherwise in writing.
